Wythe II

New York, New York

Located in Brooklyn, New York, the smallest of the two Wythe Avenue infill developments takes place between two existing buildings. Reaching three stories high, it contains retail spaces on the ground floor and office spaces above. On the roof, a large terrace offers a spectacular view on New York City. The glulam posts and beams structural system supports wood decking and is left exposed on all floors. The structural system, with its large spans, creates large open spaces allowing flexibility to accommodate diverse floor layouts for tenants.
