At the heart of Northglenn's Civic Center, City Hall was designed to complement the surrounding civic amenities, including the recreation centre, senior centre, theatre and Veterans Memorial, creating a cohesive civic precinct for residents.
A unique challenge of this project was its geometry. While many structures are conceived with 90-degree angles, this vision called for fluid, curved lines, requiring close coordination between trades. This collaboration enabled the mass timber structure to be erected in five weeks.
