Équipe Laurence, a growing engineering firm, required the construction of new headquarters to support its expanding operations. A wide range of sustainable design strategies was implemented in accordance with LEED certification principles.
The integration of CLT panels on top of a steel structural system for the ceilings brings warmth and character to the office spaces and shared areas. Employees benefit from an environment that fosters focus and productivity while introducing a natural element into the office space.
