Creaform, world leading portable 3D measurement technology company, adopted wood for the roof of its new headquarters, located in Lévis. The structural system, composed of glulam decking supported by glulam wood joists in turn sitting on steel beams, allowed for abundant paths for the exposed mechanical duct system. At stairwells, projections of the roof structure allow natural sunlight to illuminate these open passageways.
