Rouyn-Noranda, Québec

The new Rouyn-Noranda terminal replaces the former building which was obsolete considering the high level of traffic. It was an important project for the city since the terminal is the first place visited by travellers and this project is part of the economical and touristic development efforts of the region. The new construction allowed to triple the surface area with a footprint totalizing 3,100 m2 (33,370 sq.ft). Glulam beams feature an impressive span of 24.6 m (81 ft).
