Les Pavillons du 49° - Modular project

Les Pavillons du 49e is one of the first modular multi-storey building in Quebec and the first to reach 4 storeys in height. Entirely prefabricated at our plant, located a few hundred meters away from the construction site, the building comprises 47 modules. They were delivered and assembled on site in 4 days for the phase 1 building, and 2 and a half days for the second phase. Twenty modules form dwelling units while 7 supplementary modules form corridors, staircases and elevator shafts to create 20 leased units comprising 1 to 3 rooms each.
