Local 144 Head Office and Learning Center

The Local 144 Union project is located in Montreal, Quebec. Housing administrative offices and a learning center, the LEED Platinum certified building boasts exposed raw material, natural daylight, and multiple strategies to reduce its energy consumption. Two different two-storey buildings are connected by a suspended walkway. An atrium in the office space reveals an angled timber roof structure allowing for exterior views and natural light.
