La Cité Verte
Sainte-Foy
Québec
The Cité Verte project promotes a new art of living in an authentic neighborhood setting and revitalized environment. The first large-scale smart and green development in Quebec City, Cité Verte totals 800 residential units, including Bloc C, a building constructed entirely with cross-laminated timber. With its innovative energy-efficient systems, Bloc C is a good example of what makes wood a material of choice for responsible building.
