Saint-Jerome, Quebec

To realize its mission to promote and develop performing arts, Diffusion En Scène, in November of 2017, builds a new theatre. Before stepping inside the theatre, spectators are enthralled by a wooden roof with an intricate and beautiful form. The 11.5 m tall roof is composed of 422 wooden elements; some glulam beams, up to 14.9 m in length, and purlins veiled beneath inclined cross-laminated timber panels.
