The fire demonstration was conducted on November 27, 2014 at National Research Council Canada’s large-scale fire test facility in Mississippi Mills, ON. The objective was to evaluate the fire safety performance of a cross-laminated timber stair/elevator shaft exposed to severe fire conditions for 2 hours.
